Our most popular healthy meal, the Formula 1 Shake, contains only 220kCal per serving. It is enriched with loads of vitamins, minerals and proteins. It is ready in less than a minute and is a great and tasty way to start the day.

A unique blend of vitamins, nutrients and soy protein. Each serving contains 15g of pure soy protein and 24 different Vitamins and minerals.

The Herbalife Formula 1 shake has been the mainstay of the company – and of countless successful diets – for more than 30 years.
Mix two flat scoops (about 26g) of Herbalife Formula 1 Shake and two flat scoops (about 26g) of Protein Drink Mix with 250ml of skim milk and mix in a shaker or blender. You can also use water, almond milk, rice milk, soy milk….whatever suits you best. If you did not purchase the Herbalife scoop, one flat tablespoon roughly equals one scoop.
